Taking place under the auspices of Tripoli Foundation, Cinema on Stairs initiative organizes public projections in some of Tripoli's most marginalized neighborhoods this summer in an attempt to broaden the cultural life of the locals and help with the rehabilitation process of those stigmatized areas (Bab el Tebbaneh, Jabal Mohsen). The locals' enthusiastic response to Tripoli Film Festival since its beginning, helped continue and broaden the experience during summer.

Central Market's second destination is the 11th Kazan International Muslim Film Festival which will be held in the Republic of Tatarstan from 5 to 11 September 2015. The festival's main aim is the experience exchange of the workers in the sphere of culture and arts of Russia and Muslim countries of the neighboring and far-abroad countries and displaying the creative achievements of the Muslim cinematographers and the representatives of the other religious affiliation.

Nass' film Pick-Up will have its world premiere at Message to Man International Film Festival of documentary, short fiction and animated films in Saint Petersburg, Russia from 26 September to 3 October 2015.

Produced and directed by Saleh Nass, Pick-Up tells the story of a girl who is ashamed to face the embarrassment of being picked up from school by her father in his dusty un-cool pick-up truck. Written by Saleh Nass and Laila Albeiti, Pick-Up stars Jamaan Alrowaiei and Hawra Fouad.

It tells the story of a boy (Abdulla Hassan Ali) who works his afternoons at the local fruit and vegetable market carrying and delivering groceries. He's always searching for a quick buck to be made. An opportunity arises to make some 'serious cash' by trying to milk a small goat.
