The cast and crew of writer Noor Abdulmajeed's duology Ana Shahira.. Ana El Kha'en wrapped up shooting the first season of the TV series starring Yasmin Raeis entitled 'Ana Shahira'. The TV series airs daily from Saturday to Wednesday at 07:45 am with reruns at 12:15 am on MBC+ Drama. Season two of the TV series 'Ana El Kha'en'will be filmed within the upcoming weeks.

Based on true events, the novel-duology Ana Shahira and Ana El Kha'en is written by author Noor Abdulmajeed and published by Al Dar Al Masriah Al Lubnaniah in 2013 in two separate books. Abdulmajeed tells the story from the perspectives of its two main characters, Shahira and Raouf, each in a separate book. The first book presents the story as experienced by Shahira, and the second book is from Raouf's, her partner, perspective. Infidelity and revenge make up the central idea of the story.

The first season, Ana Shahira, follows Shahira, a struggling young pharmacist, who had a past full of agonizing shocks, until it all changes when she falls in love and gets married. Shahira shares her perspective on marital relationships and how a love story could become an unforgettable lesson!

The TV series is directed by Ahmed Medhat, scripted by Noor Abdulmajeed, writer of the duology and produced by Hani Osama (The Producers) and Mohamed Hefzy (Film Clinic). The music of the TV series was composed by Tamer Karwan.

The TV series is a considered as an extension to the continuous cooperation between The Producers and Film Clinic as they have co-produced the films, Sheikh Jackson by Amr Salama, Egypt's official submission to the Academy Awards for Best Foreign-Language Film, Warda, Hepta: The Last Lecture by Hadi El Bagoury, Excuse My French by Amr Salama and Before the Summer Crowds by late director Mohamed Khan.

Saudi novelist Noor Abdulmajeed was the Editor-in-Chief of Mada Magazine Saudi Arabia for two years, and an assistant editor at the Rotana Magazine. Many of her successful novels and anthologies got published, including her anthology W A'adat Cinderella Hafeyat Al Qadamayn (Cinderella Returned Barefooted), the novels Al Herman El Kabeer (The Great Deprivation) and Nesaa Wa Laken (They Are Women, but...), in addition to the novel that was turned into a successful TV series with the same name in 2015, Oreed Ragolan (I Need a Man).
