THE WOODMAN wins Best Gulf film award at 9th Saudi Film Festival
Gulf film at the 9th Saudi Film Festival, which concluded last Thursday. The award is shared with The Last Postmen by Saad Alsabbagh.
Previously, the film won the Bronze Award in the Narrative Films category at the Seville Independent Film Festival.
Written, directed, produced, and shot by Koutaiba Al-Janabi, THE WOODMAN stars Hanna Heffner, and Mihaly Palko, along with THE WOODMAN and follows the woodman who is chased away from his homeland and vilified by dark and unseen powers as he goes on a journey to find his forest and reclaim his home.
MAD Solutions handles the film’s distribution in the Arab world.
