Studio ZAT Joins ACC's Partners at the 73rd Venice International Film Festival
Studio ZAT has revealed its partnership with the Arab Cinema Center (ACC) at the 73rd Venice International Film Festival. Studio ZAT will be part of ACC's activities at international film festivals and markets, where it aims to promote the Arab cinema. Ahmed Samy, the Executive Director of Studio ZAT, will be representing Studio ZAT at the 73rd Venice International Film Festival.
On the partnership, Samy comments, "
Through attending the Venice Film Festival with ACC, Studio ZAT aims to network with filmmakers from all over the world, in addition to promoting for the studio's training services for amateur and professional filmmakers. Studio ZAT also aims to sign agreements with international professional coaches to join the studio's team and be an added value to ZAT's workshops.
Studio ZAT has previously joined the ACC's partners earlier this year, 2016, at the Cannes Film Festival, with plans to continue on with the cooperation between ZAT and the Center at the international film festivals that the center will be attending till the end of this year.
Studio ZAT aims to offer specialized workshops for amateur and professional actors to advance their craft. Participants are taught by Egyptian and foreign trainers within a suitable environment. The studio also offers an acting workshop, which includes special training concerning cameras, theatre, filmmaking for beginners, theatre direction, body dynamics, scriptwriting, as well as acting workshops for children to bring out their creativity and enhance their communication and storytelling skills.

Previously, ACC revealed its year-round partnership with Variety magazine as the Center's media partner; in addition to a digital partnership with Festival Scope and a technology sponsorship with Striim.in to promote ACC's events in 2016. During Cannes 2016, the Center launched the first issue of the Arab Cinema Magazine, the first English-language Arab publication entirely dedicated to international cinema, which will accompany the Center to shed light on the Arab film industry and the latest up and coming talents.
Arab Cinema Center (ACC) is operating as an international promotional platform for Arab cinema as it provides Arab filmmakers with a professional window to connect with filmmakers from all over the world through a number of events that it organizes and provides networking opportunities with representatives of companies and institutions specialized in co-production and international distribution, among others.
The Center's activities vary between Film Market main wings, introduction and networking sessions for Arab and foreign filmmakers, welcome parties, as well as meetings with international organizations and festivals.
