After the huge success achieved in the second and third seasons of Hekayat Banat TV series, Jordanian star Saba Mubarak has signed a contract with Magnum Productions (Rami Imam and Hesham Tahssin) to play the lead female role in Tayea TV series, directed by Amr Salama. Tayea TV series is set to air next Ramadan season.

Mostly set in Upper Egypt, the TV series will begin shooting in December 25, 2017. The events take place between the cities of Luxor and Cairo and a foreign country. Tayea TV series is the second collaboration between Mubarak and Amr Youssef after Al Thaman (The Price) film.

Tayea is directed by Amr Salama and written by Mohamed Diab. Alongside Saba Mubarak and Amr Youssef, it stars Amr Abdel Gelil, Ahmed Abdallah Mahmoud, Salwa Mohamed Ali and Mahmoud El Bezawy, along with iconic Egyptian actress Soheir El-Morshedy.

Recently, The Guest: Aleppo-Istanbul film, co-produced by Mubarak where she also plays the starring role, won the Best Feature Film Award and Best Editing Award at the International Bosphorus Film Festival. At its Turkish premiere, the film won the Audience Award at the Antalya Film Festival.
