The official Facebook page of young actress Nahed El Sebai reached more than half a million fans within a short span of time. Before the verification of her official Facebook page last July, the number of likes reached 45,000, marking a dramatic 10 fold increase in the number of fans within 4 months only.

On the heels of wrapping up the shooting of her latest film Sukkar Mor, El Sebai flied to USA to attend an intense acting workshop. Directed by Hani Khalifa, Sukkar Mor stars an array of prominent stars along with El Sebai, including; Ahmed El-Fishawy, Ayten Amer and Haitham Ahmed Zaki. In Sukkar Mor, the famed actress Nahed El Sebai plays the role of a Christian married woman who has tough time with her husband.

The aspiring actress has recently completed all her scenes in Sherif El Bendary's short film Hot Dry Summers. After that, Nahed had a photo session with Photographer Sherif Mokhtar, Stylist Seaad Ramzy, Hair stylist Rafie and Makeup Artist Amin.

Following her return from the USA, El Sebai will start shooting her scenes in Kamla Abou Zekri's upcoming film A Day for Women. Produced by veteran Ilham Chahine, who also stars in the film alongside prolific stars Mahmoud Hemeida and Farouk Al Feshawy, the film sheds light on the imposed restrictions upon women and their attempt to gain freedom for only one day. Nahed embodies in the film a character of a mentally challenged girl, whose body grows faster than her mental abilities.
