Before the Summer Crowds is landing its world premiere at the heart of 12th Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) (9-16 December) with the attendance of Director Mohamed Khan, scriptwriter Ghada Shahbender alongside the film stars Maged El Kedwany, Hana Shiha and Ahmed Dawood.

Among the filmmakers who will attend the screening are Producers Wael Omar, Mohamed Hefzy and Hani Osama, Co-producers Jamal Al Dabbous and Alaa Karkouti, Line Producer Mohamed Saqr, Sound Designer and Film Mixer Ahmed Gaber, Production Designer Hend Haider and Production Manager Mohamed Gamal.

Only one week ahead of its screening at DIFF, Before the Summer Crowds had its official trailer released on the film's Facebook page.

Previously, DIFF has revealed the selection of director Mohamed Khan's film Before the Summer Crowds to compete in the Muhr Feature Films Competition within the festival which hosted the world premiere of Khan's previous award-winning film, Factory Girl, in 2013.
Before the Summer Crowds stars Maged El Kedwany, Hana Shiha, Ahmed Dawood, LanaMushtaq and Hany El Metennawy. Set in a seaside resort, the film tracks a group of people who meet each other by the beginning of summer season.

Khan's previous film, Factory Girl, won the FIPRESCI award at Dubai International Film Festival 2013, and the film's star, Yasmin Raeis, received the Best Actress Award. The film scored the total of 17 awards from several film festivals.

Unveiling the film's official poster, Before the Summer Crowds is produced by Middle West Films, Film Clinic, The Producers, Wika Production and Distribution and MAD Solutions, which will be in charge of the international distribution of the film.

DIFF is one of the most important film festivals in the Arab world. This year, DIFF will showcase over 120 features, shorts films and documentaries from around the world and will include several world premieres. Every year DIFF presents new and exciting cinema from the Arab world and beyond, introducing audiences to fresh new talent and original and distinctive filmmaking.
