Ihsen Kammoun’s short film ROAD TO EL KEF won the Best Foreign Short Film Award at the 2023 Alameda International Film Festival, which ran from February 16th to 19th in San Francisco.
Starring the award-winning Tunisian actor Ahmed Hafiane, Fares Landoulsi, Malek Ben Saad, and Ala Edine Yacoubi, ROAD TO EL KEF is written by Charles Hall and follows a vulnerable teenager living in northern Tunisia going on a path that threatens to tear apart what remains of his family after his mother and brother passed away.
