From A to B Hits Egyptian Theatres
The thrilling journey of the film's three young Arab expats who grew up in Abu Dhabi is expected to set off excitement in Egyptian theatres. Following last weekends' Middle Eastern release of the new Emirati film From A to B, the film will now open in Egypt.

Before opening in theatres on January 14th, 2015, From A to B had its premiere Saturday night at Nile City cinema on January 10th, 2015, with the attendance of its Egyptian filmmakers and stars in addition to film critics and cinema professionals.

The attendees included Yousra El Louzy, Shadi Alfons, Khaled Abol Naga and screenwriter/producer Mohamed Hefzy along with Ashraf Hamdy, who contributed to the script of the film.

A true Pan-Arab film, From A to B stars Egyptian comedian Shadi Alfons, Saudi stand-up comedian Fahd Albutairi, and Syrian Fadi Rifaai with Yousra E Louzy, Khaled Abol Naga, Maha Abou Ouf, Syrian actor Samer El Masri, American actress Madeline Zima, Palestinian actress Leem Lubany, Saudi filmmaker Ahd, and South Korean comedian Wonho Chung. Finally, Egyptian scriptwriter/producer Mohamed Hefzy, wrote the screenplay and was a producer on the film.

Set to entertain audiences in the Arab world and beyond, From A to B presents three young Arab expats who undertake a road trip from their hometown, Abu Dhabi, to Beirut in memory of their best friend. Their plan to cover 2,500 kilometers over three days is fraught with obstacles as well as funny moments as they travel across the region through Saudi Arabic, Jordan, and Syria to reach their destination.

Based on a story by the film's Emirati helmer Ali Mostafa, From A to B is written by scriptwriter and producer Mohamed Hefzy, with contribution from Ashraf Hamdy and Ronnie Khalil. The film is produced by twofour54 and Image Nation Abu Dhabi, with the support of Paul Baboudjian, Mohamed Hefzy and Ali Mostafa.

From A to B was the first Emirati feature to open the 8th Edition of Abu Dhabi Film Festival last October. After its World Premiere in its hometown, the film had its International Premiere at Cairo International Film Festival last November.
