Details Revealed on the 2nd European Film Screenings in the UAE

Ahead of its second edition in October, the European Film Screenings (EFS) revealed details on the participating films. Bringing together 18 EU member countries, in collaboration with the concerned embassies to the UAE, the EFS will boast a collection of 18 European films in addition to a roster of Emirati shorts hand-picked by the Emirati Cinema Campaign and that will be screened before each European screening.
A distinguished line-up of Luxembourg films will be featured in the EFS 2015 including the Oscar-winning animated short film Mr. Hublot by director Laurent Witz.
The second European Film Screenings edition is hosted this year by the Embassy of Luxembourg together with the Embassy of the EU Delegation to theUAE in collaboration with Novo Cinemas in Dubai and Abu Dhabi under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth, and Community Development in the UAE.
All screenings will be hosted by Novo Cinemas through 21-30 October 2015 in its Abu Dhabi- based venue at WTC Mall and starting 22 to 31 October at Novo Cinemas in Dubai's Ibn Battuta Mall.
All screenings are free of charge and seats are allocated on a first come/first serve basis.
