Based on the True Story of One of Tunisia’s Most Famous Serial Killers
Tunisian film EVEN GOD WON'T FORGIVE, by Karim Berrhouma, competes in the official competition at the 11th  Maghreb Film Festival OUJDA that is held from October 7th till 12th. The screening will be on Tuesday at 6:20 pm Tunisia time (GMT+1) in the grand screening room at Mohamed VI Theater.
 
The film that was screened for 12 weeks at Cinéma Le Colisée, Tunisia, revolves around Nasser a Tunisian serial killer who committed several murders in the 1980s; Nasser was the last prisoner to be executed in Tunisia and this film explores his life, mental state, and history. 
 
The film is based on the true events of one of Tunisia's most famous serial killers, Nasser, who killed 13 minors in the Tunisian city of Nabeul‎ and several abductions and rapes until he was arrested and executed in 1992.
 
EVEN GOD WON'T FORGIVE is Karim Berrhouma’s first feature film. It’s written and directed by Karim Berrhouma. The film stars Ahmed Landolsi, Hedi Mejri, Bilel Slatnia, and Maysa Sassi. The film is produced by Twin C Production and Distribution and Red Dog Fx, while MAD Solutions manages the distribution in the Arab world. 
 
Karim Berrhouma is a self-taught director and scriptwriter born in Tunisia. After studying graphic design, he directed short amateur films, then worked at a production company and directed TV commercials before starting to produce clips for local artists in late 2010. Then he starts to focus on filmmaking, writing, and directing short films including STOUCH (2016), GARITA (2016), and DAJJAL (2016).
