Egyptian Star Ahmad Al Fishawy to Take the Lead in the New Film Albino


In his second film project for 2016, Egyptian Star Ahmad Al Fishawy signed a contract for his lead role in the new film Albino, which is co-written by Sherif El Alfie and Somaya El Alfy, and produced by Sameh El-Agamy's Image Production Company.

Set to start filming soon, Al Fishawy plays the role of a young Albino who cannot tolerate sunlight due to a genetic disorder that leads to the complete absence of skin pigment production. The story is a romantic drama that follows a young man who lives with his mother. After his parents' separation, his mother becomes over protective, while his father feels ashamed of his son's case and mostly tries to hide his relationship with him. While the young man attempts to adapt to a rejecting society, he falls in love with a girl, but his ongoing struggles make him undecided to start a relationship with her.

Within the next few days, it is expected for the film director to be revealed along with the rest of the crew members.

In February 2016, Egyptian star Ahmad Al Fishawy has signed for his lead role in a romantic comedy film El Lea'ba Shemal, along with Ghada Abdel Razek and Nahed El Sebai and is directed by first-timer Mariam Ahmady in her directorial debut. The film is also scripted by the late director/writer Medhat El Sebaie before his death and the script is revamped by Ola Abdel Rahman. The film is produced by Nahed Farid Shawki marking her comeback to Egyptian cinema after a 13-year hiatus.
