Counseling and Occupational Psychologist Dr. Georgette Savvides will appear with TV host Nour Khatab on W Lessa Momken that airs on Al Nahar channel in a series of segments within the show to speak about the psychiatric issues that Egyptian people suffer from. This comes as part of her efforts to spread awareness of psychotherapy and change the way the Egyptian society views it.

In her first segment on the show, Dr. Georgette explains how to deal with others and maintain social relationships amid the dominance of technology on personal life and the recent change in the concept of friendship.

In the coming episodes, Dr. Georgette will discuss mental health and other widespread issues, such as psychological relations, eating disorders, and depression in children, as well as how to maintain one's mental health amid the growing pressures of everyday life.

A thriving Counseling and Occupational Psychologist, Dr. Georgette Savvides, received her professional Doctorate in Psychology from European and American universities. Being a member of several prestigious scientific associations and institutions, Dr. Savvides is set with a goal to change the way the Egyptian society perceive patients with psychological disorders, and raise awareness of mental illness and methods to deal with it. She worked as a consultant for several international companies including Vodafone, Coca Cola, L'Oreal, Henkel, Oracle and CIB.

Dr. Savvides is the Founder and Owner of Psychealth Counseling and Training Services in Cairo. She also writes for several magazines and has appeared in a number of TV programs reflecting on several mental health-related topics. Recently, Dr. Savvides has completed an autobiography on her own life journey as a psychologist.
