Ahmad Al Fishawy Wins Best Actor at the Egyptian Cinema Film Association Festival

Egyptian star Ahmad Al Fishawy received the Best Actor Award at the 42nd Egyptian Cinema Film Association Festival for his role in Out of Order. Produced by Al Fishawy's production company Crystal Dog, Out of Order received three other awards at the festival.

In addition to director Mahmoud Kamel's film Out of Order, Al Fishawy participated in the festival through two films; Tarek Al Eryan's action-packed adventure Welad Rizq and Hany
Khalifa's romantic/drama Sukkar Mor.

A psychological thriller, Out of Order takes its viewers into a new level of unusualness by depicting a dark and twisted relationship between two different people; Saeed (Al Fishawy), a hustler leading a miserable life almost like a tramp, and Hoda (Shereen Reda), a woman living alone and all she does in her life is watching.

In Welad Rizq, four siblings took the crime path long ago and vowed to dump it someday. When they fail in one of their missions, enmity evokes between the brothers and their eldest, the criminal mastermind, leaves them behind to a drug dealer who gets them involved in a risky deal. Only when an act of betrayal takes place, they find themselves chased by the police.

Sukkar Mor is a romantic drama about seemingly perfect relationships, but this perfection may eventually lead to their demise, while other relationships may look impossible, but they last for unusual reasons. Through 5 years we witness the effect of the political and social turbulence on these relationships.
