The Curve by director Rifqi Assaf Participates in the AFAC Film Week in Morocco

Continuing its successful run at international festivals, The Curve by Jordanian director Rifqi Assaf will be screened at the AFAC Film Week in Morocco, which will be held for one week starting Saturday, April 22, 2017, in the Moroccan city of Tangier. The Curve is going to screen on Tuesday, April 25th at 08:00 pm (GMT +1) at Cinematheque de Tanger.

The Curve is about Radi, who leads a reclusive life in his own van and finds himself on a road trip with three strangers that alters his clockwork and very private lifestyle. Written and directed by Rifqi Assaf, The Curve stars Palestinian star Ashraf Barhoum, Syrian actress Fatina Layla, Lebanese actor Mazen Moadam and Jordanian actor Ashraf Telfah. The film is a joint production between Jordanian Rula Nasser (The Imaginarium Films), Egyptian Mohamed Hefzy (Film Clinic) and French Xénia Maingo
(Eaux Vives Productions). MAD Distribution handles the film's distribution and marketing worldwide.

AFAC Film Week is held for the fourth consecutive year in the city of Tangier, Morocco, in cooperation with the Network of Arab Alternative Screens (NAAS). Ten films from the Arab world are taking part in the event in an effort to present the films supported by the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC) to Arab audiences for screening and discussion in the presence of the filmmakers.
