Zai Ood Al Kabreet is a comedic tale invented by the late filmmaker to pay tribute to the super stars of the Egyptian cinema's Golden Era. The end product leads to the rediscovery of golden age actors in a new context.

Among the black and white films used by Al Imam in Zai Ood Al Kabreet are 4 rare films that have not been widely viewed by Egyptian and Arab audiences. The film stars Hussein Al Imam, Sahar Ramy, Khaled Mahrous, Zakaria Amer, and singer Randa El-Sobky.
