The official Facebook page of Percy Jackson has crossed the 1 million mark in anticipation of the new film Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters, the second film in the series.

Fox also released a number of character posters for Percy Jackson and the other major characters in the film.

Based on the publishing phenomenon, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters continues the young demigod's epic journey to fulfill his destiny. To save their world, Percy and his friends must find the fabled and magical Golden Fleece. Embarking on a treacherous odyssey into the uncharted waters of the Sea of Monsters (known to humans as the Bermuda Triangle), they battle terrifying creatures, an army of zombies, and the ultimate Evil.

Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters sees the return of Logan Lerman in the title role with the return of Alexandra Daddario and Bradon T. Jackson. with the addition of Stanley Tucci as Dionysus and Nathan Fallon as Hermes.Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters will be released in Egypt by United Motion Pictures, the biggest film distributor in the Arab world and the sole distributor of 20th Century Fox films in Egypt.
