Hend Sabry Enters the Ramadan Race with Halawet El Donia TV Series


Preparing to join the Ramadan season, Tunisian star Hend Sabry is shooting her scenes in the upcoming TV series Halawet El Donia, in which she portrays a woman who discovers a surprise before her marriage that makes her fall into a number of conflicts, forcing her to reexamine her options and discover the beauty of the world.

Halawet El Donia marks the fourth collaboration between Hend Sabry and Tunisian actor Dhafer L'Abidine. Directed by Hussien El Menbawy, Halawet El Donia is written by Sama Ahmed and Engy Al Qasem, under the supervision of scriptwriter Tamer Habib and produced by Beelink Productions (Producer Mohammad Mashish). Alongside Sabry and L'Abidine, the new TV series stars Mostafa Fahmy, Ahmed Hatem, Hany Adel, Hanan Motawie, Anoushka, Aida Reyad, Salma Abu Deif, Noha Abdin, and Ragaa El Giddawy.

Hend Sabry is currently shooting her last scenes in director Sherif Arafa's film The Treasure (El Kenz), which will be released in 2017. Sabry has worked with Arafa on both of the two installments of The Island (El Gezira). Written by Abdel Rahim Kamal, The Treasure stars Mohamed Ramadan and Mohamed Saad.
