Donia Samir Ghanem to Sing the Theme Song for Hepta: The Last Lecture


Ahead of the film's commercial release on Wednesday, the 20th of April, The Producers revealed that star Donia Samir Ghanem will sing the theme song for Hadi El Bagory's film Hepta: The Last Lecture. The song will be under the name of Hekaya Wahda (One Story).

A few days ago, The Producers has released the film teaser trailer. On the film's official Facebook page, the first character; Dr. Shukri Mokhtar the lecturer, impersonated by Maged El Kedwany, has been revealed to the fans.

The screenplay is based on Mohamed Sadek's best-selling book, which portrays the seven stages of love through four paralleled stories. Mohamed Sadek's bestselling novel topped the charts in Egypt and throughout the Arab world for several weeks, and sold 36 editions since its release in 2014.

The film cast list includes: Amr Youssef, Maged ElKedwany, Ahmed Malek, Ahmed Dawood, Dina El Sherbiny, Yasmine Raeis, Jamila Awad, Hany Adel, Ahmed Bedeir, together with Salwa Mohamed Aly, Kinda Alloush, Anoushka, Mohamed Farrag, Nelly Karim and Shereen Reda. The film is produced by The Producers, which is co-founded by Hani Osama and Hadi El Bagoury. The cinematic adaption of the film is scripted by Wael Hamdy, and Directors of Photography Gamal El Boushy and Leo Carbotta, alongside Production Designer Hend Haidar and Production Manager Mohamed El Hady.
